Session Description

The Security Summit will cover three key areas in container security: the security of the supply chain and how code gets into containers, authorization and control of what is allowed to run where, and runtime security and stopping container escapes.

- Securing the supply chain, signing, provenance and control, with Santiago Torres and Justin Cappos, talking about in-toto and TUF.

- Policy and authorization, controlling what can get deployed, with Tim Hinrichs, who will talk about Open Policy Agent.

- Securing container runtimes, the runc container escape, and starting a container escape bounty, with Michael Wardrop, Netflix

Following the talks there will be time to discuss in roundtables / bird of a feather
